The Solution
We identified the problem to be in the basement of the property as there was a very strong rat and drainage smell. We completed a drainage survey which found a large hole in the pipe which was allowing rats to leave the sea system under the house and access the basement.
The Result
Once the pipe is fixed the customer will be rat free.
