The Job
We were called to a commercial site in North London which was suffering from an ongoing rat problem. The pest control company looking after the site had been laying rodenticides but never investigated the root cause of the problem.
The Solution
After a couple of hours of monitoring on-site and digging out areas, we felt rats were coming from we discovered 4 open and damaged waste pipes. These pipes were allowing rats to leave the drainage system and access the surface.
The Result
All the pipework was repaired and the site no longer has a rat problem. There is also no need for the ongoing use of rat poison which is bad for the environment and results in dead rats, bad smells and flies.
